By accessing YSelector, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Service Description

YSelector is a benchmarking tool that allows users to test Large Language Models (LLMs). We act as an intermediary interface to third-party APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).

3. Disclaimer of Warranties (The "Cost" Clause)

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING FINANCIAL ESTIMATES:

All cost projections, monthly OpEx estimates, and storage calculations provided by YSelector are estimates only. Actual costs may vary due to provider pricing changes, network latency, token counting differences, and data churn. YSelector is not responsible for your actual cloud infrastructure bills.

4. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Service usage is subject to tier limits (e.g., Free, Pro). We reserve the right to enforce rate limits or suspend accounts that abuse the API, attempt to bypass limits, or engage in automated scraping.

5. Content & Output

You retain ownership of your prompts. Output generated by AI models is subject to the terms of the specific model provider. YSelector makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, safety, or copyright status of AI-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YSelector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from reliance on benchmarking data.
